TEN (十) wearing a HAT (𠂉). In the old zodiac clock this was the hour of the horse, the middle of the day: NOON. Do not confuse it with 牛 cow, whose stroke pokes through the top. "Go" (ゴ) as in gozen and gogo, before noon and after noon.
